Ho Ho Ho, Father Christmas will be returning on his special Christmas train to the East Lancashire RailwayTaking place throughout November and December picture yourself riding along a fantastic steam train. Santa Claus of course will be on board to deliver special gifts to each child, whilst the adults will receive festive fare of mince pies and sherry.
If all of the above is not enough the station will be transformed into a magical Santa’s Grotto. With over 200 lit Christmas trees, decorated carriages and brass bands serenading guests with Christmas carols on board the Santa Train, this unique and popular event truly is a magical family occasion with East Lancs Railway.
